In an effort to post to this blog at least once a week, I am going to set a reminder in my phone. Feel free to call me out on this if I go more than 8 days without posting, okay? Seriously, this is getting ridiculous.
You know, I didn't used to be like this. I actually can finish things I start. I don't know what's gotten into me lately. There's just so much going on.
Probably the biggest: I relaunched my home business in hopes of giving myself better options in the future after the Air Force. No, not Virginia Lambert Photography (that one has always been around, even in Florida)...the other one. You know, Arbonne. Yes, I'm an Arbonne consultant. I have been for a couple of years, actually, and I do have to say that all that stuff you see on the internet sites really doesn't do it justice. I've met some amazing people with this business and I've sold some product that really does what it says.
But I digress... If you really want to check it out or get information, click the image:
So onto other things...Kevin is still in training. He'll hopefully be done by the end of September, though, and at the squadron with me! It'll be nice to have more than the daily grind at work. At least we'll be able to visit each other more easily then.
My kitty, Bridgette has been very sick. We're hoping it's mostly cleared up now, but she started out with a really bad urinary/bladder/kidney/liver infection or something like that. The vet still isn't quite sure what was going on with that. Now, she's got...other issues... Let's just leave it at that, but she's just been miserable locked in the laundry room all day with no interaction with us.
Speaking of under the weather, you could say that I've been there, since I sprained my ankle on the 3rd of August. I've been on crutches since the 7th until they're sure I didn't tear anything, and let me say that those stupid things should be renamed torture devices. It wasn't so bad when I was on my medication...well, at least pain wise. Unfortunately, I was so terribly loopy and nauseous the whole time...we think I was allergic to it because of a rash that developed on my arms. Anyway, now the pain is bad...even my hands hurt.
Sorry for the complaining. I'm a little ADD tonight. Maybe I'll have something better tomorrow. :)
